Responsible for providing representation and liaison services, administration, record keeping, implementing decisions and budgets, organizing and drafting meeting reports, coordinating activities, and implementing various projects.
It is composed of:
a) a team of 4 priests:
- The Secretary General residing at the headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria
- The 1st Deputy Secretary General residing at the headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria
- The 2nd Deputy Secretary General residing at CCPM in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire
- The Communications Officer residing at CCPM in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire
b) religious and lay staff: bilingual secretaries, accountants, housekeepers, logistics and project managers, support staff (janitors, cooks, drivers, security guards).
