The Standing Committee meets once a year to oversee the implementation of the guidelines and resolutions of the Plenary Assembly, listen to the various institutions, and make the necessary decisions.
It is composed of members of
- the Presidential Council,
- the head of the Finance Commitee,
- the presidents of the Episcopal Commissions of RECOWA,
- and the heads of the institutions and structures linked to RECOWA
